- You can request an exchange/return within 30 business days from the date of purchase.

 

The garments must be in the same condition as received, with tags attached, unwashed, and unused. To request an exchange/return, you can visit our store, or if it's through shipping, contact us at [email protected] or via Instagram @ayresdeseptiembre.

 

- Remember that shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

 

- Items on SALE are non-exchangeable and non-refundable, without exceptions.

 

- Local pickups can be made by the person who entered the purchase details, or alternatively, authorization can be given to someone else by providing their name, surname, and ID in the NOTES section. When entering the purchase, the store asks for the name of the person who will pick up the order. If not authorized, the order cannot be handed over to another person.

 

- You have 60 days to pick up your order if you have selected the local pickup option. After that date, the item will be forfeited.

 

- Accessories such as earrings, necklaces, masks, scrunchies, holders, eco-leather belts, glitters, and glasses are non-exchangeable.

 

- If you received a defective garment or one that is not in acceptable condition, we apologize. Please contact us within 10 business days of receiving the package, and we will send you a new garment at no additional shipping cost. If the item is not available, you can choose something of equal value. After this period, the store will not be responsible. Exchanges are only made for manufacturing defects!
