With each package, you will receive a card where you can check the care instructions for each garment according to its fabric, as well as leave a review of the experience received. Also, on our website, you have a section for "garment care."

 

We have two different courier services for shipments: DHL and FEDEX. With the postal code of your location, you can see the shipping costs, as well as the delivery time. It is important to know that the shipping costs DO NOT INCLUDE customs duties at the time of delivery; these are the customer's responsibility.

 

IMPORTANT FOR URUGUAY: To request a shipment to Uruguay, you must select a personalized shipment, a certain amount of data will be required for which the shipment will be quoted, subsequently charged, and dispatched. These shipments are subject to customs policies; if detained in customs, a customs broker contact will be provided if needed and not available; the costs of these procedures are borne by the customer as they are complications beyond logistics.

 

Shipments will not be made to countries in a state of war at the moment.

 

Returns and exchanges: the customer is responsible for the shipping costs for both the outbound and return of the package. The garment must have its tag attached, without having undergone any alteration or washing. The exchange and return must be within 30 days from the date of purchase.

 

Items on SALE cannot be exchanged or returned, without exception.

 

Accessories such as necklaces, earrings, sunglasses, scrunchies, etc., cannot be exchanged.

 

The delivery delay is counted from the dispatch date. With your order number, you can check the status of the delivery. If you don't remember it, you can inquire on the specific international shipping WhatsApp with your full name, and we will send it to you.

 

Payments are made through the PAYPAL platform. All transactions are in dollars, regardless of the currency of each country.

 

Products not available for international shipments: Clothing perfume.

 

We have some limitations on the maximum amounts that can be retained in customs:

 

BRAZIL over USD 3000 is retained, all shipments pay taxes.

 

PARAGUAY over USD 100 is retained, all shipments pay taxes.

 

COLOMBIA over USD 2000 is retained, all pay taxes.

 

CHILE over USD 3000 is retained, starting at USD 30 pay taxes.

 

MEXICO shipments over USD 1000 the customer must have an importer registration, over USD 5000 is not door-to-door, everything pays taxes.

 

SPAIN there is no information on the value limit, everything pays taxes, everything must arrive with the recipient's tax identification number, shipments to the Canary Islands are retained in customs.

 

ISRAEL over USD 1000 is retained, only up to 5 items of the same kind can be sent in each shipment, everything pays taxes.

 

INDIA there is no data on the value limit, if the value is over 5000 INR (Indian currency) it pays taxes.
